Background

BI’s eCommerce channel was a significant contributor to sales but needed a much more proactive approach from a trade marketing perspective.  eRetailers needed a much more agile and digitally focused support package.

Delivery

Developed an eCommerce trade marketing strategy. Provided day-to-day management of internet Key Accounts for one year for a maternity cover and for other years, and to date, we provide all the digital assets to support eRetailers. Built and executed a geo-targeted display campaign to drive store traffic to Waitrose. Built and execute AMS sponsored Ad campaign for Amazon

Results

Grew Channel 32% ‘17 vs ‘16 – gained 9% share points. We now fully manage Pets@Home, Amazon and Waitrose digital presence.
