Background

Both Nettex and Rumenco were struggling without dedicated marketing resource.

Delivery

Hands-on marketing management. Mentoring and upskilling current team. Year plans created, budgets, channel strategies and social media plans. We deliver content, as well as support the sales team in trade marketing.

Results

Q1 Agri channel within Nettex is in growth despite the season creating a 30-40% loss amongst competitors. Equine channel in Q1 was in growth again after 2 years of heavy losses.
